My path into healing has been shaped by diverse experiences—military service, clinical nursing, personal transformation, and a deep respect for the spiritual side of wellness.
Originally from Sacramento, I’ve traveled and worked across the U.S. and overseas in roles ranging from construction and emergency medicine to environmental restoration and salvage diving. These chapters taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to show up fully for life.
But it wasn’t until becoming a nurse in 2012 that I discovered a calling that united purpose, service, and healing.

For over 13 years, I’ve cared for patients in the ICU, ER, and ketamine therapy settings—witnessing the full spectrum of the human experience: fear, courage, vulnerability, and profound connection.
These experiences shaped my respect for Western medicine’s role in acute care, revealed the limits of a disease-centered model, and guided me toward a holistic, preventive approach that has the potential to address root causes related to the interconnectedness of the mind-body-spirit system.
My own journey has included childhood challenges, family trauma, and long periods of searching for meaning. The military gave me structure and strength, but the longing for purpose and connection remained.
In 2005, I moved to Reno, Nevada, where I met my wife, Tory Clark, and began a shared exploration of consciousness and spirituality. Together, we discovered the healing potential of plant medicines and completed a certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Research in 2018—expanding my understanding of healing into the emotional, spiritual, and soul-centered dimensions.

In 2022, I became a Board-Certified Nurse Coach and shortly after began supporting clients in a ketamine clinic, guiding individuals through non-ordinary states of consciousness and helping them integrate profound insights into their daily lives.
In 2024, I walked with my sister through the final stages of her cancer journey. Her grace and presence taught me about love, surrender, and the sacredness of being—lessons that deepened my commitment to holding compassionate, safe spaces for others in times of profound transition.
