What working with Justin is like

While traditional talk therapy primarily engages the conscious mind, my approach works at a deeper level with the unconscious—accessing its innate healing intelligence through hypnotic states, breathwork, mindfulness, and energy-based practices.


In these deeper states of awareness, you can move beyond resistance, reconnect with your natural clarity and wisdom, and release patterns that no longer serve you. 


This work is not about diagnosing or fixing you; it is about strengthening what is already whole, capable, and alive within you.


I meet you where you are, offering deep listening, honest reflection, and a compassionate, grounded space. 


Together, we create a confidential, non-judgmental container to explore your goals, challenges, and inner landscape openly.


Through clear perspective, practical tools, and lived experience, I help you identify blind spots, clarify what matters most, and remove what has been limiting your momentum—so you can move forward with greater alignment and ease. 


This work can stand alone or complement other therapeutic support you may already be receiving.

The Coaching Process

Sessions are 90 minutes and held in person, via Zoom, or by phone.


Fees are offered on a sliding scale of $100–$200 per session based on your income. Coaching is structured in six-session blocks, paid in full at the start of each block.


This structure allows sufficient time to build trust, establish momentum, and address underlying patterns beyond initial surface concerns. For best results, sessions are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on the intensity of the work.


Cancellation Policy: Each six-session block includes scheduling for eight sessions. Two additional sessions serve as a cancellation buffer. If cancellations are not needed, the two additional sessions are complimentary.
