Integrative Wellness Coaching

As a holistic health and wellness nurse coach, I support whole-person well-being by integrating clinical nursing insight with evidence-informed coaching and mindfulness-based practices. This approach honors the interconnected nature of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social, and environmental health.


Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. It is future-focused and goal-oriented, emphasizing self-awareness, sustainable behavior change, and practical action. Together, we clarify priorities, address underlying contributors to imbalance, and create personalized steps aligned with your values—supporting lasting clarity, balance, and embodied well-being.


Coaching works well as a stand alone method for achieving future goals as well as a complementary tool to other modalities like psychotherapy.  

What the coaching process looks like

 1. Discover
Explore your current health, life context, and values through a whole-person lens.


2. Clarify
Identify priorities and set specific, meaningful, measurable, achievable, relevant, realistic, and time bound goals.


3. Understand
Uncover patterns, beliefs, and barriers influencing your well-being.


4. Plan
Create simple, personalized action steps that support sustainable change.


5. Act & Adjust
Implement changes with guidance, accountability, and adaptive problem-solving.


6. Integrate
Build confidence, self-trust, and skills for long-term, self-directed well-being.

Coaching vs Psychotherapy

Therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, often working in depth with trauma, psychological distress, and past experiences.


Holistic nurse coaching is not therapy or clinical treatment. It integrates nursing insight, coaching practices, and mind–body awareness to support resilience, self-efficacy, and whole-person well-being. The partnership is collaborative and forward-focused, emphasizing education, accountability, and the sustainable embodiment of healthy change
