Hypnosis

There is a core essence of our being that can be experienced as a point of stillness and connection to expanded levels of consciousness, inner healing wisdom, and authentic life purpose.


When we are identified with our mind and body, our thoughts, emotions, feelings, attitudes, physical sensations and desires define who we think we are. 


Hypnosis gently bypasses mental and emotional resistance, engaging the mind’s natural capacity for healing and meaningful change in a safe, intentional manor.


Many habits, emotional reactions, and beliefs are learned, automatic patterns shaped by repetition and emotional reinforcement; once understood, these patterns can be reorganized and updated.


As a Clinical Hypnosis Consultant, I guide clients into a deeply relaxed yet focused state of awareness where an increase in receptivity to learning and change supports lasting shifts in behavior, emotional regulation, and self-perception.


Sessions may incorporate guided imagery, therapeutic suggestion, reframing, regression or memory exploration, somatic awareness, and emotional processing to clarify meaning, release limiting beliefs, and establish healthier responses.


Rather than asking why a problem exists, hypnosis focuses on how it is encoded within the mind–body–emotional system; when the encoded structure changes, habitual responses change naturally.


During hypnosis you remain awake, aware, and in control throughout the entire process—calm, and present you are able to think, choose, and participate to your level of comfort.

What Hypnosis is—and is not

· It does not diagnose or treat mental illness

· It does not require revisiting trauma unless appropriate and desired

· You cannot be made to do anything against your will.

· You can speak, move, or stop at any time.

· It is not mind-control or stage hypnosis.

· It is a collaborative process that works best with motivation and readiness for change.

· It is experiential and results-focused rather than a psychoanalytical process.
